Ingredient
Chicken Drum stick - 700 grms or 6 piece
Vinegar -2 table spoon
Green Chilly -2
Salt -1.5 table spoon
Red Chilly - 1 table spoon
Pepper - 1/2 Table spoon
Hot Chilly Sauce - 2 table spoon Lemon Zest with 1/2 lemon juice
Method:1. Make cuts in the chicken drum stcik so that the spices can enter
2. Marinate the chicken Drum Stick with above ingredients
3. Marination can go from 1/2 hour to 6 hours depending upon your taste and requirement
4. Set the oven at 250 C and grill the chicken for 30 to 45 minutes
5. Check the chicken every 10 minutes
